Empires favors small collections and limited edition series for which restocking is not guaranteed. Therefore, we encourage you to confirm your order quickly.

To place an order on our e-boutique: 1. Select your items on the website and add them to your cart 2. Confirm your cart 3. Log in to your account 4. Enter your shipping and billing address 5. Choose your delivery method 6. Choose your payment method and enter your payment details

Your order is confirmed when you see it appear in your client account under the "my orders" section with the status "in preparation." You will also receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, we invite you to contact our customer service.

You can track your package in your client area as soon as your order is handed over to the postal service. An email will also be sent to the provided email address with a link and tracking number, allowing you to track your package step by step.

Upon receipt, we prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days. Once your package is shipped, it will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days in mainland France.

By logging into your account, you can modify all your personal information. A user can have multiple billing and shipping addresses. You can manage your addresses via "my account / my addresses," or when placing an order.

To ensure the best delivery times, we prepare and ship your order within hours of your cart validation. Therefore, it is unfortunately impossible for us to modify your order once it has been validated.

By logging into your account, you will have access to your invoices through "my orders".

Shipping costs are adjusted and calculated based on the weight and volume of your package. The shipping costs are visible just before the order confirmation. For international orders, product prices are indicated in euros, including VAT, but excluding customs fees. You must pay the customs fees directly to the carrier.

We deliver to all countries worldwide except for certain particularly bulky products.

If you are absent at the indicated address on the day of delivery, you will be notified with a delivery notice informing you of the steps to arrange a new delivery or to collect it from the post office.

We kindly ask you to contact us through the "contact" form, explaining the exact reason for your claim. Our customer service will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

You can return one or more items for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the day you receive your order. The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging with their tags. Exclusion: In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Client does not have the right of withdrawal for products made to order or personalized. Fabrics and products made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.

Simply fill out the form included in your package, listing each product you wish to return. Then send it back with the item(s) in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part (valid only for France). For countries outside France, we do not cover return shipping costs.

Your request will be processed once your package has been received. You will receive your refund directly to your bank account.

All our lamps and lighting fixtures are either produced in Europe or electrified in France in compliance with CE standards. All handcrafted items repurposed and transformed into lighting fixtures are electrified by qualified professionals in France. We guarantee compliance with CE standards and the traceability of our lighting fixtures.

Empires aims for all its actions to align with a CSR approach and strives, within its capacity, to minimize the societal and environmental impact of its activities. We prioritize sustainable relationships, in direct contact, with the artisans who craft the items we offer for sale. We work based on prices that fairly compensate the craftsmanship rather than mass production and do not tie up the cash flow of our artisan suppliers. Empires favors the use of recycled packaging and collaborates with a logistics partner (Logisseo) that has chosen to integrate recyclability into its packaging and local delivery approach. Our deliveries depend on the existing market supply. Whenever possible, we prioritize the selection of carriers that adhere to a responsible approach.
