Deliveries
Your order is prepared and shipped no later than the next business day following your purchase. Once your package is shipped, it will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days in mainland France.
If you are absent at the indicated address on the day of delivery, you will receive a delivery notice informing you of the steps to arrange a new delivery or to collect it from the post office.
Shipping costs are adjusted and calculated based on the weight and volume of your package. Shipping costs are visible just before the order confirmation.
Shipping is free in mainland France for any order of €200 or more, except for lighting fixtures and bulky items.
Fragile or bulky items, such as our lighting fixtures, are only delivered via courier service. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
We deliver worldwide. For international orders, the prices of items are indicated in euros, including VAT, but excluding customs fees. Customs fees must be paid by the Client directly to the carrier.
You can track your package in your client area. You will receive an email at the indicated address with a tracking number.
Returns
If the item does not comply upon delivery, please contact us by email at contact@empires-interiors.fr explaining the reason for your claim and, if possible, providing photos. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.
You can return one or more items for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the day you receive your order. The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging with their tags.
Exclusion: In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, "the Client does not have the right of withdrawal for products made to order or personalized".
Simply fill out the form found in your package listing each product you wish to return. Then send it back with the item(s) in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility except in the case of an error on our part (valid only for France). For countries outside France, we do not cover return shipping costs.
Your request will be processed once your package is received. You will receive your refund directly to your bank account.
